Fluke with linguine tomatoes & bacom

OMG UMMMMMMMMMMMM

Linguine Alle Sogliole (Linguine with Sole, Tomatoes and Bacon) "> [Reset]Keys : Pasta Fish Ingredients :

1lbsole fillets3tblextra-virgin olive oil2ozbacon -- cut into julienne strips10ozripe plum tomatoes -- peeled and choppedor canned plum tomatos drained and choppedsalt and freshly ground pepper1lblinguine
Method :
  • In a large pot bring 5 qt. salted water to a boil.
  • Cut the sole fillets into pieces 2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide; set aside.
  • In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bacon and fry, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 5 minutes. Add the fish to
    the frying pan and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Meanwhile, add the linguine to the boiling water and cook until barely al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and transfer it to the frying pan containing the tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange the pasta on a warm platter and serve at once.
  • Fat.
  • NOTES: Fresh cod fillets or whole peeled shrimp (prawns) may be used instead of the sole.

Can be used with as opposed to "instead of" .... I'm HUNGRY!!!!
