Fluke Oreganata Servings: 2 Estimated cooking time: 20 min. Oil (olive) baking pan. Place the fillets of one fluke in pan. Salt. Mix one cup of seasoned bread crumbs, one teaspoon of oregano and one half teaspoon of garlic powder. Add enough olive oil to make breadcrumb mixture moist. Spread breadcrumb over fillets. Bake at preheated 350 degree oven for 20 min. | ||
