Try This Recipe Conor

Take tuna and cut into 1" thick steaks, marinate in soy sauce with wasabi. Put on grill for about 1-2 minutes side. Once done place in plastic saran wrap and get all air out. Place in plastic bag, drive to Dave's house and hand over.

I will cook the tuna with olive oil and old bay or emerils essence, on the grill as I like it, RARE. At this point I"ll make a sandwich with a good tarter sauce, on a quality bulkie type roll. VERY GOOOOOOOD!!!
