got a bunch in the freezer to eat up. I've just done italian dressing on the grill before. Good, but any other ideas?

| I personally love Mahi Mahi as an appetizer before something else. I learned this when i was down in Costa Rica last year...They call them Mahi Fingers....All it is little chunks of Mahi breaded and pan fried served with a dipping sauce such as a spicy mayo.... Watch out...they are addictive this way! ![]() | ||

| My quick and easy trick for any fish is either Bruchetta or Mild Salsa in a pan... bake until done. Since Mahi is a fairly mellow taste, I would go lightly on the topping.... Mike | ||
