The new Saltwater Sportsman (March 08) has a receipe called "Meet the McStriper". Tonight we tried it with Tog from the Freezer and it came out excellent. The wife says it is a very easy to make meal and the article says works for all flakey white fish. Check it out!!!

| I read the same article and was salivating over it. Gonna try the wasabi mayo version. Guess I'm thawing some of my cod tonight! The MRS pointed it out to me and wanted to try it.
