Barbados help needed

Hi All, Any helpful hints for Barbados? We'll be leaving in a few days and I want to FISH!! Any charter leads, fish types, bring a rod? leave it home?

Any other info if you been would be helpful too.

Report and pictures to follow - first week of Novemeber.
