Capt. Eric Anderson, on the El Dooblai reports “fishing has been good for a few days. The boat owner arrived on Friday (06 July), picked him up at Punta Cana dock at 4:30 and caught 3 out of 4 whites; Saturday we were 5 for 9 whites and 1 Blue. All very agressive, hungry whites - getting 3 or 4 bites out of each fish. Sunday we caught 3 out of 4 whites and broke off a Blue marlin 2 feet from the release. Then it got lumpy on Monday & Tuesday - six to eight footers, wind blasting 20-30 kts. Just nasty."
