Keeper Fish Still In The Bay

I Was talking to a friend today,he has been taking advantage of all this warm weather and catching keepers up to 40" in the upper bay on swimming plugs.

How far up the bay? Providence is about 45 minutes from me....JC

He was fishing the East Prov. shore,A couple of miles south of the hurricane barrier.
