quinnipiac river

needed a fishing fix on the way home from work so I stopped in North Haven and fished the Quinnipiac River off Sackett Point Rd.

Lots of peanut bunker being chased all over, threw a hopkins spoon for a little over an hour and ended up with 6 fat schoolies. Tide was pretty low so i was able to get down to the bank. Not sure on a higher tide if I could get in to fish.
