| ASMFC Hearing... ASMFC Hearing on Draft Addendum XIX to the Interstate Fishery Management Plan for Summer Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass. The DEP Marine Fisheries Division is hosting a Public Hearing of the ASMFC to take public comment on Draft Addendum XIX ... The Draft Addendum addresses three programs under the Summer Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan (FMP). These are the black sea bass commercial management strategy, the summer flounder recreational allocation strategy and the stock status determination criteria for summer flounder, scup and black sea bass.
