Bob they will make us wait until the last minunte ,i have been surfing around watching as soon as i see it posted it will be here,I am still waiting to see what rhode island is going to hand out i know its a 47% reduction off of 2006s regs ,i do 90 percent of my fishing off Misquamicut with that kind of reduction its going to hardly worth the trip unless you bring a boat load of kids

CT, NY and RI regs....maybe summer before we all find the info though.

Andy, HAVE MORE KIDS!!!! LMAO

You are correct. They will drag their feet until the season is almost here.

I can see it now, 2 fish per 27 1/2"!!!!!!!

Now, here's a question: If you launch in CT, shoot over to RI to fluke fish. What rules do you abide by CT or RI? Your landing spot is CT.

Brought this up with DEP at the fluke meeting. They said whichever rules are the stricktest. In other words if ct regs are tougher than ri and you are coming back through ct then don't exceed the ct rules. NY will be the worst by far.
Have you seen New Jersey? 8 fish at either 17 or 17 1/2".

It will be interesting to see how the RI rules compare to CT. I can see the DEP waiting at the Barn Island Ramp to bag people.
