Fishery.................Open Season................Creel Limit..Minimum Length

Private/rental boat ...May 24-Sep 26.............10 fish............10.5 inches
and from shore

Passengers on .........Jun 12 - Aug 31............10 fish.............11 inches
party/charter boats.. Sep 1 - Oct 15.............45 fish.............11 inches

In 2008 the region is required to achieve a 53% reduction in harvest. Region is from NY to Mass. and noted in info 93% of rec scup harvest is taken from New York to Massachusetts.

Holy Crap, that's gonna hurt the PB scene.

As for recs, shouldn't be a huge deal, but for those that are using them for Striper live lining, it'll be a hit with that large of a daily creel reduction.
