Coast Guard Length / Beam / Draft (feet) 118' / 26' / 12' Tonnage 375 Hull Construction Steel Propulsion Steam / Screw (also rigged for sails) Cargo Built 1892 at West Bay City, MI Date of Loss April 24, 1919 Reason for Loss Rammed by barge under tow and sunk while on station. Lightship sank within 8 minutes of collision. | No? I have been out to that spot and think I found the wreck. Managed to drift a Sea Bass rig over it but produced nothing in the short amount of time I had. I will be back. | ||
