| He Kills someone and all he gets is 2 years and a $5000 dollar fine??!!!!!!!!!!!! The law in this country is so distorted. I certianly hope this guy never gets back in a boat.Thoughts & Prayers to the Victims and Families | ||

| Well the drunk guy is certainly liable for somthing but what the hell was the idiot in the yellow boat thinking. The driver of that boat ought to also be charged. | ||

Looks like he had thrown a rope to it, missed, the rope then got caught in the motor as the boat came around, and he was beam-to, pulled the stern down (probably cleated off to stern), swamped it quick, and game over. Should have let the "authorities" do their job....there really was no immediate danger......the motor was turned, and it would continue to go round and round until they figured something out.
