| While a cell phone does not belong in a ditch bag, since it now seems that everyone owns them anyway, put one in a watertight plastic bag when you go out. Almost any place I have been within Fisher's Island sound, they seem to work very well. It is nice to talk to someone if you have some time before going over the side. | ||
