That's Strange!!

Wonder why they are moving close to Conti?????? Curious to where they will be. Snug Harbor is open early, and always packed in the AM.

Theyre not moving closer to Contis......this post was from last year.

When they first came to RI, they were closer to Conti. Now they're on Rt. 1 in Charlestown by the Bess Eaton (Tim Hortons?) LOL I lose track of the coffee shops....anyway, theyre right off the highway and convenient.

They get most of their business in the afternoon, so it works well. Most of their business is offshore fishermen, who typically gear/bait up the day before, myself included.

I started going there last year too. Great to deal with!

Geez, u sure? Seemed like he liked his location last year........didn't figure he'd move again, back to the same area LOL.

Which direction from Conti's, up the pond or further down?

Capt. Don will be missed.....I hope the family can continue the business.

Breachway..........Eh he's OK.....always open no tow boat parking or turn around room

JB East is a nice place.....plenty of parking for us "Tow Boaters" I'll be curious to where they move. Lots of offshore stuff......

Wildwood good guys/good selection.......absolutely no where to park towing a 23' boat...to much traffic in downtown

Conti....They have what you want....just bend over LMAO They're OK....

Quaker Lane is a good shop too..........

Maridee.......I just love to go in there to listen to the Mrs. Maridee talk. She'll tell all her sons secret spots LMAO!!!

How many remember Mrs. Fish in Galilee?????

JB East is going to be located at Point View Marina. It is the marina to the north of Snug. They are building a new building and will have a dock for bait and ice pickups.

Also heard they are expanding there bait inventory to include select custom rigged shark, sword, and tuna baits. Will also have the freshest bait in southern new england, supposedly. Knowing how John is about bait I beleive it, the guy is a FREAK about his bait.

Well, shit, it's actually fine with me...still a bit closer to me at the new place, as I buy my shit the night before, and used to have to run farther where they were. I no longer stop in the AM for my bait. I like to run first thing already rigged/baited.
