Nice day for sure! We were doing night runs for the times we were able to get out. Looks like the day fishing is doing well also. Some of the head boat were saying the fish were there but not of size. What area were you at?

Striper i went on my buddies boat in R.I. I don't know the area that well but I can tell you we weren't that far out. All the fish we saw and caught were big and full of sand eels. You could see them boiling on the surface but they were very picky. We would get fish then it would slow for a half hour and then we would get more a couple double hookups then slow again.

I usually do alot of diving around Watch hill and that area is probably pretty loaded right now. Sand eels run pretty hard in that area as there are large flats just north of the point. From the background it looks like it could be that area or Pt Judith area. Either way good job. Trolling?
