I should leave my boat tied up that day and hop on board for this feast. Seeker nice seeing ytou out there yesterday, it was a tough day for the bass but you know how the weekends go at the Race. Today was much better bass fishing and the tuna did not cooperate. I did find large pods of pushing fish off the bank in cruise control mode that just would not eat anything placed inches from their noses. No tuna or bass trips for a few days as we have cod and haddock trips scheduled for Thurs, Fri and Sat. GMAN, go to the Meza Luna, great food and atmosphere, my son goes to school near the marina (Massachusetts Maritime Academy) and we eat their when we can. Also drive down and onto the campus at MMA and look at the new football field. I bet Anthony would enjoy this school as most graduates do quite well with job offers, with many seeking careers on the water. http://www.maritime.edu Good luck guys and I hope you get a few nice fish to put on deck, I know some of the pushing fish I saw today were 200 LBS plus. 2000 will be fine G Man. for dinner Yeah Capt. Dave gotta say Relentless was definetly on the prowl. Weekends are just tough at times with the armarda. I think we have some photo's being edited by one of the crew of Humpbacks bubble feeding on the sand eels, gannets diving between the 8 bars and two teasers we were pulling and at least one shot with a whale and the yacht club burgee in the same frame. Being edited as I was exited (audio portion) knowing any moment we would be covered up with tuners but alas we found the epicenter of life and expectation but no joy. I think that's why it's named "The bank" you gotta make a few deposits before she let's us make a withdrawl... ![]() Good new for our crew is we have made the deposit...now let's hope to cash in.. ![]() Always a pleasure to see you any time Capt. | Should be a sweet trip. I gotta make the time to get in on one of these gigs. Seaker, let me know if you have anything going down during the last 2 full weeks of July where you need an extra man (and PM me with cost). I'll be fishing a shark touney on 7/14-15, but should be fairly free after that. | ||
