| Thanks for the info. There's a spot in Clinton on the Hammock river that would be a fun place to try flies for hickory shad. They jump so much, they think they're tarpon, I won't tell em if you don't. I would think it would be a blast as you can catch a lot of them.

| I fly fish almost exclusively! I am in Branford CT and mostly fish off my Maritime Skiff, but Kayak and wade fish also! anyone in the area? Chris |

| I like to flyfish for stripers and shad from shore and Yak, also tie my own flies. If any of you guys ever want to get together and do some tying let me know, I'd be happy get together some night and trade techniques and patterns. Already tied up an 11" eel pattern I can't wait to try out this season! |
