| Nice fish, was caught on the Adambomb in Cape May. The fish in the top pic isn't the 23lber. That is of Sam Beauchamp and one of his many large blackfish. I have never seen anyone get more double digit tog than him. Last year he got a 20.11lb an 18 3 16lbers and many more teen size fish. His goal for this year is to get a 30 lb tog. | ||

| As far as I am aware, Anthony R. Monica holds the Tautog record with a 25 lber. This fish measured 34.5" in length and a girth of 28. 25". He caught the fish on Jan. 20th, 1998 on the partyboat North Star out of Ocean City MD. Seas were 6-8 foot that day with snow showers. He was using Ande 30 lb. test. Sam is gunning for the record and beyond and I would not bet against him getting it. Capt Rick
