Marine reserves for Oregon?

It is not just in the East or GOM. Fisherman are being attacked by special interests all over. This is copied from another site, not my work but I think it offers some good arguments and logical questions to ask those in government.

What is a rockfish; or is that just another name for a West Coast Striped Bass?

It is just a generic name for those species that like rocky habitats. Black sea bass, cabezon, etc.
