what you'll need:
lobster meat removed from shells
i like to add water to the discarded shells and boil to make a broth










4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of milk or cream or 1/2 and1/2 depending on the calories your counting
2 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup of chicken or seafood stock
1/2 cup of parmesan
basil, s and p to taste
melt butter and garlic together then add flour to make a roux.Slowly add broth and milk to the pan while stirring with a whisk. After cooking until it begins to thicken then add parmesan.spoon over pasta. i like to add atichokes and capers along with the lobster meat.
