    finicky stripers

Well the initial burst of larger stripers taken from the beach on this side seems to have tapered off. The only thing that seems to be around are fish in the 14" to 16" catagory (bass no blues, at least for me). And they are very finicky. Maybe it's all the rain we've had??

Is there still a good amount of bait around?

There is some little stuff in real close, but not too many other signs of life.
I had bee seeing quite a few horse shoe crabs and they seem to gone.
I'm sure it will pick up again

BTW sorry about this being in the off shoe area, I should have been down in the in shore area, if it can be moved thats fine by me

    062806 Edit: Moved to the In-Shore Forum....no sweat !!
