    **Collection to end November 10th. A press conferance will be held on November 15th.**

    Thanks Jim for posting the flier!!

    Here's some more info fellas. Depending on how many we collect several towns will benifit.

    Stuffed Animals needed for Kids and Cops program

    The New Haven St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee are currently collecting new and slightly used (clean) stuffed animals. These will be donated to the Connecticut State Police and the New Haven Police Department in November. Please help if you can by making a donation.

    These donations are used by police departments in times of crisis involving children. Officers will carry the stuffed animal in their cruisers. If a child is present at the scene of a call the officer will present the child with your donation in hopes of having a calming and reassuring effect on the child in what may be a very difficult situation.

    Current drop off locations are;

    Arc-Tek Marine, 4 Nod Pl., Clinton
    Moon Cutter Co. Inc., 2969 State St., Hamden
    Yale Univ. Law School, 127 Wall St., New Haven
    Knights of St. Patrick, 1533 State St., New Haven
    Knights of Columbus / West Haven Irish American Club, 263 Center St., West Haven
    Irish American Community Center, 9 Venice Pl., East Haven
    New Haven Police Department, 1 Union Ave., New Haven

    Large donations can also be picked up. Please send email replies for arrangements.

    Feel free to print a flier for your workplace or organization.
